Primary Care & Dental Team Manager – Medical Insurance - UK

Our client provides insurance to medical and dental professionals.

They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Primary Care & Dental Team Manager to lead their go-to-market plan for the Primary Care and Dental member segments in conjunction with the lead Marketing Managers for all 4 countries of the UK.

You will be instrumental in leading their efforts to engage with primary care doctors, dentists and other medical/dental professionals and bring them into membership of the company.

Leading a team of 10 dedicated sales professionals across their Primary Care and Dental teams, you will inspire them to high levels of performance and be responsible for managing their activity and development.

Working closely with professional colleagues you will build an effective network across medical and dental NHS and private primary care providers across the UK, effectively promoting their brands and ensuring we remain the first-choice defence organisation.

Required Experience:

• Proven successful sales management experience, working within and managing a budget
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of how to identify and provide high levels of customer service
• Extensive experience of creating account and sales plans and delivering to demanding targets
• Experience delivering presentations to a variety of audiences
• Demonstrate considerable knowledge and understanding of the medical and dental markets and the changing marketplace
• Previous coaching/ training experience
• Experience in leading a team to perform to their given targets
• Able to demonstrate ability to work in a complex environment
• Proven experience of embracing and managing organisation, process and people change
