They are now looking for an experienced Tenders, Contracts & Implementation Manager to join their Commercial team and play a pivotal role in securing and managing commercial opportunities across UK and international healthcare markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tender or bid professional who enjoys managing complex submissions, coordinating multiple stakeholders and making a tangible contribution to business growth.

The Role

• As Tenders, Contracts & Implementation Manager, you will own the end-to-end tender and contract management process, managing opportunities from initial identification through to submission and post-award handover.
• You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and teams across Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Sustainability and Finance, ensuring submissions are compliant, commercially robust and delivered to the highest standard.
• This is a hands-on and highly visible role where your expertise will directly contribute to securing new business and strengthening the organisation's market position.
• The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to company locations and customer meetings.

About You

Our client is looking for an experienced tender or bid professional who combines commercial awareness, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver under pressure.

You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience managing and submitting complex tenders and bids.
• Experience within healthcare, public sector or another highly regulated environment.
• A strong understanding of tendering, contract administration and commercial processes.
• Experience using electronic tender portals and document management systems.
• A demonstrable track record of contributing to successful tender outcomes.

Experience within MedTech, medical devices, healthcare consumables, pharmaceuticals or diagnostics would be highly relevant, as would knowledge of NHS procurement, NHS Supply Chain or healthcare frameworks.
