The challenge

A specialist radiopharmaceutical organisation wanted to expand its presence in the UK.

The solution

We won a competitive pitch to add outsourced Key Account Managers to the client’s existing team and a National Sales Manager.

In addition, we provided high-quality appointment-making service to front-load Key Account Manager diaries with appointments to create greater impact from the outset.

The outcome

The Key Account Management team was in place in a rapid, eight week period.

  • 28 candidates put forward for first interview with 17 going through to the assessment centre
  • Six Key Account Managers were awarded a role with the client
  • 90% retention

Since going to market the team has helped deliver record monthly sales, far in excess of previous monthly sales.

As a result of CHASE's successful delivery on this project, the client awarded a significant prostate cancer business unit build including sales, market access, clinical and marketing.
