This is an opportunity to embark on an exciting and rewarding career in Medical Device sales. Dealing with surgeons both in NHS & Private, the successful candidate will be determined and hard-working with a desire to be the best.
After full product and sales training, you will be responsible for supporting and advising customers on our range of products. Liaising with Consultant Surgeons (Breast, General, Colorectal and Plastic) in both NHS and Private settings and Theatre Managers you will be on territory, maintaining, existing and negotiating new business. You will be required to present our products to medical staff and support their use in the operating theatre during surgery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting for new clients, promoting and advising on General, Plastic and Reconstructive
- product lines
- Enhance existing business relationships and build strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Providing direct product support in the operating theatre
- Lead clinical evaluations
- Provide formal presentations for customers and potential customers
- Participate in marketing and sales events such as trade shows, conferences and meetings; prepare associated reports and presentations
Candidate background:
- Previous role in healthcare or healthcare sales
- Excellent presentation skills; including the confidence to present to large groups in a face to face and virtual environment
- Proactively communicates and proactively takes responsibility
- Experience in meeting deadlines, prioritising tasks and multi-tasking to deliver results
- Ability to solves challenges and propose solutions.
