Clinical Specialist - Renal Care - Wales & South West England

Our client is a vital organ therapy company on a mission to extend lives and expand possibilities for patients and care teams everywhere. Greater flexibility and efficiency in therapy administration for care teams, and longer, fuller lives for patients- that is what they aspire to achieve.

They are now seeking a talented Clinical Specialist to champion the training and education of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) products in their Acute therapies division, covering Wales and South-West England.

As such you will work together with healthcare professionals within ICU's and Renal units to drive clinical practice efficiencies and effectiveness, along with the appropriate use of their products.

You will join a highly collaborative team, working alongside a team of account managers that are leading the way in bringing our expertise to customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, proposing innovative solutions and explaining and promoting products and their benefits
  • Promote the preferred patient pathway to healthcare
  • Demonstrate and train customers on Renal therapies, products and services
  • Provide educational support to customers through formal training days
  • Assist marketing in the development, design, coordination and implementation of training programs and product / therapy usage guides for internal and external customers

What you'll bring:

  • A recognised nursing qualification with at least ICU or peritoneal dialysis experience
  • Post graduate renal nursing certificate or ITU Certificate is preferable
  • Strong results orientation and ability to deliver on deadlines
  • Customer relationship building
  • Confident and clinically credible
  • Project management skills
  • Proven training experience using educational processes, demonstrating strong presentation skills and the proven ability to teach others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player and able to work independently
  • Full driving license
