The challenge

A healthcare client had been trying to recruit for two skilled Stoma Nurses for 12 months and hadn’t had any success. They had a specific brief in terms of Clinical Nursing experience and needed people in post urgently.

The solution

The client approached CHASE in July 2020 to support them in their recruitment efforts.

The outcomes

CHASE identified and supplied two experienced Stoma Nurses to the client. Job offers made to both candidates in August 2020 – candidates and client delighted.
