CHASE, the UK’s largest independent provider of contract customer-facing teams, has carried out a programme of industry and NHS market research, to better understand the value of its services and determine customer priorities, as the UK emerges from the pandemic response.

With recent additions to the team to lead on Brand Strategy & Management and Executive Recruitment, the company now has six divisions

  • Customer Engagement
  • Collaborative Working
  • Brand Strategy & Management
  • Permanent Recruitment
  • Executive Recruitment
  • CHASE clinical

Brought together under ‘Your CHASE experience’, the updated services are supported by a new website, capturing CHASE’s commitment to ensuring commercial & medical outsourcing and recruitment are made easier, simpler and better for clients and candidates.

As a result of the research, CHASE has developed powerful insights into evolving client and NHS needs. These insights have informed the evolution of the company’s offerings and are being built on through an ongoing programme of new service development.

“We have listened to what our clients value, the direction of their future needs and we’ve responded. When this is combined with the finest delivery team and service levels in our sector, you can see why we’re excited! I’m delighted to be able to introduce our new website and services to all our clients and candidates”, said Graham Hawthorn, Managing Director at CHASE.
