About Kirstie
I joined CHASE in June 2010 as a Recruitment Consultant, I am responsible for all the pharmaceutical recruitment across East and West Midlands. I started my career as Secondary School PE teacher and then moved into the Pharma industry as a Medical Representative and Hospital KAM. I like to think from my experiences that I have a good understanding into the role of the representative and what is currently required to be successful, plus my well-tuned training and coaching skills mean my candidates feel well prepared and confident when going into their interviews and assessment centres.
