Events Project Manager - Aesthetics - Hertfordshire/Home working

Our client is an innovative, European pharmaceutical Company who have built a powerful reputation within the fields of Neurology and Clinical / Aesthetic Dermatology and have a strong global presence. Key to their business success is the development of their people both within their current job and in terms of their potential for the future.

They now seek a talented Events Project Manager who will support the delivery of the medical education strategy and operational plan. This role plays a crucial role in the planning, coordinating, and executing of all external and internal in-person training, education, and conference events, delivered in collaboration with appropriate internal and external stakeholders.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Assist as appropriate in the development and implementation of internal events
  • Actively engage and communicate as a true events ambassador through developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Medical Affairs whilst communicating with stakeholders at all levels ensuring PMCPA ABPI compliance

Your suitability will be defined by your:

  • Business/Marketing or life science graduate
  • Experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry (Junior marketeer or Account Manager in MedComms)
  • Demonstrated experience and competence in event organisation and onsite event management
  • Strong project Management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in utilising Veeva PromoMats for content approval processes, with a compliance mindset and a strong focus on adherence to industry guidelines and company policies
  • Strong customer engagement and communication skills
  • Computer literate with competence in working with data/multiple systems/CRM
