The challenge

A highly motivated graduate was finding it difficult to win a place on a multinational pharmaceutical company Management Trainee Scheme.

Such was the competitive nature of the process, this individual had been unsuccessful on 2 previous occasions.

They decided to access a scheme through a CSO sales role and approached CHASE’s Graduate Academy.

The solution

Having received the benefit of the support and coaching provided by the CHASE Graduate Academy, they were successfully placed on a field sales contract with a major Pharma company.

We continued to coach and develop this individual over the following 2 years.

The outcomes

After 2 years they finally gained entry to the Graduate Management Trainee Scheme.
